The Continental GT is Bentley's most sophisticated open-top vehicle. The rear tonneau of Continental GT, for instance it was the largest piece ever of dark-stained Burr Walnut veneer that was book-matched. Similarly, the electrically-operated glass sunroof and champagne cooler that incorporated hand-blown and hand-cut lead crystal bottles marked a new benchmark in luxury and innovation.

Bentley is the most sought-after automotive brand in the world due to its unique design and craftsmanship. The company continues to push the limits with the latest technology and manufacturing techniques, such as the introduction of a digital instrument cluster with an electric tilt-opening back glass sunroof, a custom-designed docking station for Apple iPads and electrochromic glass that can be switched from transparent to opaque with the push of the button.
Bentley celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2019 a century after it was founded. The marque, which is owned by Volkswagen alone following years of conflict with BMW and Volkswagen, had planned a variety of special events and launches to mark this milestone. Before pandemic planning took the spotlight, the marque had a range of special events and launches planned to mark the occasion.
Design

The unique heating and ventilation as well as air conditioning system was developed to give every passenger the perfect temperature control.
The Mulsanne comes with a twin turbocharged 6.75 litre W12 engine with 560bhp, and 479lb-ft of torque. This powerhouse is complemented by a revolutionary suspension architecture that delivers Bentley's hushed, quiet ride.
Bentley has launched a new specification for cars manufactured after the year 2019 to commemorate its centennial. This is called the Centenary Specification. This includes cross-stitching and contrast stitching in Centenary Gold thread throughout the cabin. The Bentley Wings on the headrests and seats are embroidered with Centenary Gold, adding to the feeling of celebration. A bespoke Bentley key case is included in the Centenary Specification, making the Bentley experience all-inclusive.
Function
The Bentley Mulsanne Key features two buttons: one that opens the trunk, and another that turns on the vehicle. The key also has a button to turn on the parking brake. The knob can be used to fold or unfold the mirrors when parking in a tight space. Utilizing this feature can help you get into and out of your car more quickly.
The key is made of vegetable tanned leather. It takes over two days to make each one. It is hand cut, shaped, sewn, sealed and polished to provide an extremely high-end finish. Bentley's distinctive style reflects the firm's values of high-quality craftsmanship, engineering expertise, and cutting-edge technology. Over 4,000 employees work at the Crewe headquarters, responsible for the development, design and production of Bentley automobiles. These workers apply skills that have been passed through generations to the latest automotive technologies. This is the hallmark of British manufacturing at its best.
Personalisation
Bentley's bespoke division, Mulliner, allows customers to design their own car. The guests sit at a collection of images called "mood stations" and select a series of images ranging from scenic vistas to sporting events - that inspire them. Every time a choice is made, the pattern that emerges is the model of the Bentley, as well as the color and style preferences for the bespoke Bentley.
bentley car keys are given an individual key case created by hand that houses the R.F.I.D. enabled key cards. Keys can also be fitted with Bentley Muliner Personalised Welcome Lamps that illuminate the door's opening path with the owner's name and/or emblem as they make their way towards the vehicle.
Bentley estimates that it requires 500 man-hours to construct and assemble the Mulsanne. The main reason for this lengthy effort is a conscious refusal to embrace the latest technology. Instead of employing a machine for spacers to the perfectly-matched leather seats workers at the Crewe factory do it by hand. Instead of using the car's built-in sensors guide it to parallel and perpendicular parking spots the drivers must do it manually.
The event also saw Bentley showcased its Mulliner personalization options with one particular example of the Mulsanne W.O. The Mulsanne W.O. Edition pays tribute to the founding father of the brand, William Osler Bentley. The 100 limited edition cars include a key that displays an item from the 1930 8 Litre crankshaft.
